1 – The web site is ignoring discounts and making all discount codes apply free shipping. The customer enters his code OOIDA2010 and it does not give him his $35.00 discount but gave him free shipping instead.
2 – When you add a coupon code in admin:

So there are two items – fix it to where a customer can apply a coupon code without zeroing the shipping and the duplicate error at top.
