I want my template to flash with Red or maroon in the color. I want the business template to have the attched doc to it. I am using FTP fileZilla and Bluehost to upload the template and work with it. I know the template if done right will only cost less than $100 so if someone wants to help great. I am not a person who gets taken by a programmer who can do this and name his own price. I am a prgraammer and could do it myself but I don;t have time at this particular moment sooo I hope someone can help. I will add to this later….
