I would like a realtor bidding site.
There will be two categories of users , Realtors , buyers/sellers of houses
Realtors will be able to bid on House Sellers listings. Realtors will bid on how much commission they are willing to make to sell their house.

Realtors will also be able to bid on how much commission they will return to a buyer.
