This project will involve modifying an already deployed eCommerce website and database for an established company. The deployed eCommerce platform is SunShop Shopping Cart. We require someone who is well versed in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and that has experience with SunShop.
The modifications will require changes to code, templates, layout, and graphics. We need a talented and experienced developer who is adept at adding new functionality or extending existing functionality for Sunshop and is comfortable making modifications to meet our needs. This is a longer-term project with over 20 needed modifications. We will treat each modification as its own project. Our budget for this particular modification is not to exceed $600US.
Scope of modification:
Add an automatic product re-ordering option to item details page and checkout page.
1. Users will be given the ability to select an automatic reording frequency for an item. Once a frequency has been selected, the user would be automatically billed for the item(s) on the selected schedule.
2. The users will be given the ability to change the frequency or cancel automatically re-ordered items through an addition to their personalized user interface.
3. The system must properly produce a complete order for all automatically re-ordered items.
4. The back office UI interface will contain a section for the administrator to manage auto-ordered items. Options will include the ability for the administrator to view, change, and remove auto-ordered items for any user.
5. The database and back office UI will be modified to include the ability to set and adjust reordering frequencies and the ability to turn on/off automatic reordering for items.
Delivery time is flexible, but delivery timeframe and date must be met.
