We have got order of approx 100 websites monthly, which with current resources going on break for forthcoming xmas break, we need talented creative designer team, to share our art workload. If all goes well, we get continuous order of 100 website monthly.
Each Website will have following
a) Tableless
b) w3c Valid
c) Max upto 10 Pages
d) Custom Design / Mass Design
Breakup is as follows :
40 percent WordPress
30 percent Joomla
30 Html Css
Some of the wbesites will also need
a) Logo
b) banners
c) Flash components
Few Guidelines for smoother elivery and esnuring lng term contract for you and us
1) You will create high quality websites as per client customisation.
2) Delivery of site by setting up on server, and sending all design source files inclusive of the COPYRIGHT exclusively
3) Each website will preferabbly treated as single project rather than 100 website considered as 1 single project.
4) You need to delivery 1 website atleast in 3-6 days max
5) You need to give rought estimate of approx your capacity weekly or monthly
6) Designers need to sign NDA, and the exclusive rights / copyrights will pass to end client on release of funds for each approved websites, and any infringement on the copyright by original creator by creating something similar and selling/trading on market will lead to automatic disqualification .
7) Client will have right to change, modify and resell same without permission of creator.
8) Please dont bombard and spam the PMB with 100 of website and spamming without reading the project.
9) We being highly busy with delivery for current season, just need a) cost, b) time and c) 5 Best design, (For god sake no hell lot history and 100 design work, i dont know which client or employer have time to go through each)
10) We will be selectecting multiple vendors to honour the timely delivery and commitments given to our clients, and maintaining flexibility and creative variety and choices.
11) You will interact with clients directly and agree to give prompt quality service, failing which you will be disqualified from entire project.
12) Also, companies willing for crowdsourcing, and willing to demonstrate their abilities by submitting 1 design on chosen domain for all, will given preference. We need balance of cost and quality, so plese give reasonabble bid for time and quantity work for approx lot/batch of 5 sites.
