we need them to work on designs which are famous and EVEN IMPROVE on them..
must have an eye for design, detail and sophisticated web 2.0 sites.
Should be able to customize readymade website templates themes and also be highly skilled in image /logo design.
Will work on multiple sites, must be available on yahoo / skype
