I have a site that is pg 0.
It already has many links to the site and some optimisation on page but not improving page rank. I am looking for someone who can help quickly improve page rank with links.
What I need…
links cached by Google, no exceptions
– Do-Follow links only, otherwise the link will not be counted
– We require updates once a week in the form of a shared Google spreadsheet

Rules:
1. Must be visible and not in the footer of the page

4. Site must be active and cached atleast weekly
5. the actual page that my link appears on must be a PR3 or above
6. the links should be permanent, one way links
7. only 1 link from each class c ip address
8. Must not be more than 30 outbound links on the page
10. All links must be static, standard href type links (no cgi etc.) and direct using provided anchor text.
11. We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.
12. One way non-reciprocal links.
13. No link exchanges.
14. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)
15. English web sites only.
