we need to have sliced 5 pages in PDF. In each page of the PDF there will be a note that says that the layers should be in the PSD file that contains our design. We would like to have CSS as a separate file, it should in a large extent follow the W3C standard. THe requirement is that the font size should be in em.
What is the time estimation and the price of such a work?
