The web site should attract and retain as many visitors as possible for potential clients. To achieve this, we are looking to enhance our web site to contain the right content. The web site should be easy to use and should have the correct tools to allow for easy navigation. The project should have a timeline of 2 to 3 weeks from the project start date.

1. Develop a web based client portal that will provide clients a secure and easy to use method to access and download documents with secure data segregation and storage.
2. Develop an easy to use administrative web site control panel providing complete management of the web based client portal.
3. Create multiple client logins and the ability to add and delete logins.
4. Ability for clients to securely upload/download audits files and/or other database files from the back office area to be shown on a particular log in.
5. Availability of generic files of client customized information.
6. Training/instructions for placing data into storage (auditors) and for retrieving data from the portal (clients).
7. Define and develop the means for storing data that will allow the most efficient storage and retrieval processes.
8. Develop an integration and deployment plan that will minimize risks relating to costs, downtime, etc.
