This person has to be:
– Flexible (normally its a 8hrs working day but for ex: sometime 5 hours but sometimes 11 hour in a day)
– Knows his responsibilty (check check double check)
– Keeps very very good contact with me.. (quick response time)
– Is exchanging ideas with me about new technology
– English writing and speaking (Skype)
