I’ve purchased the following website template:

What I need:
(a) In the gallery, I want to have the option of a 2 sub-level menu (see the attached image submenu.jpg), and
(b) I need full support for Greek language (utf-8). I like to use the standard device fonts like _sans, verdana etc I don’t care about something more elegant.
