I work in a large language school with a lot of pdf resources but a poor filling system. I need a database system to store and organize the information. I can enter the information about each pdf (level, grammar point, page number, style of work, key words etc (I can give you a full list before the project)) the teachers can then use a front end system you produce to search for the work they need.
They should also be some kind of macro system that will open the requested pdf at the correct page.
Project needs to be completed on Microsoft Access 2003 and come with a few sample entries. You do not need to do all the data entry apart from a few samples. This is a one off build with no maintenance needed.
The work should also come with instructions on how to use and edit, as could be understood by a low level user.
