2. Reply to ads on craigslist – cut/paste text
3. Ensure weekly joomla installs are done correctly by web teams; check for errors, quality assurance
4. Update excel sheets, email, and reports
5. Monitor scriptlance and assign new work; post projects on scriptlance; review and recommend good teams
6. Make simple invoices & receipts to teams; using form I created
7. Add items to my calendar
8. find information and websites; research google, facebook, myspace, youtube, etc
9. manage workflow for team; write updates and send to me
10. use yahoo chat to take my notes and directions
