I am looking for someone that can create an addon to my website that does the following:

I would like our customers to be able to search through our inventory of images by selecting colors that they would like to use. The inventory of images would be small thumbnails of our images for faster loading. The thumbnails would need to be hyperlinked to a “buy it now” page in our store when clicked on.
We will need to be able to add and delete images from the inventory as needed(frequently).
The search results will be split into different catagories. For instance:
The customer selects blue, yellow, and light blue. The results will have several different catagories of results; Landscapes, City, Ocean, etc, etc. All images will have a one set catagory that they are placed in.
Please note which programming method you will use and why you feel it is the best option.
