Scope of the project : This is a classified system site where users can register freely and submit their ads .

Admin Features
• Admin can delete members
• Admin can delete ads
• Admin have to approve ads before its live on the site
• Admin can ban an I.P range
• Admin can mass email members
• Admin can post a Bulletin in the main page
• Admin can modify a member password , detail
• Admin can assign GOLD MEMBER Icon to users
• Admin can disable a user account
Member Features
• Register for user accounts
• A member can post a buy lead and sell lead
• Members can login and manage their ads
• Members can delete their ads
• Members send messages to other members
• Members are allowed to bump only 4 Ads to send it back to the main page listing . This is a NEW feature where a user can manage his ads and using a check box he can select a max of 4 ads from his listing and click BUMP this will send back the ads to the Main page to the top of the listing.
• Members can comment on other users ads where it can be seen by all users
• A member can delete comments posted on his Ad
• Members can rate members based on their Product etc and this Gives the seller a Higher rank and Special Icon can be assigned to them. More good ratings gives them higher ranks and more special icons
• Users should be able to add You tube in their ads when posting and possibly google maps for location .
• Users should be able to upload about 5 images per item in needed
• When a member post a add to buy something based on the key words on his ads he should be automatically be emailed with the info for other suppliers who have what he is looking for to buy .
