What we search for:
1) You Must be from India ONLY, And You Must have Internet Camera that we can make Internet video conference on daily basis
2) You Must Sign on NDA agreement
3) You Must Sign over A contract
4) You Must be register India corporation/company
5) The Developer Must have 3 Years experience in developing web applications
6) This Job is full time Job , The Developer is not Allowed to work with any other providers
7) This Job is for long term , 12 month and more (all depends on how good is the developer)
8) The Developer Must be professional
9) The developer must share his desktop on every day , so we can see how the developer is working , the payment is done for the hours that the desktop was shared and we could see the developing in progress
10) The Developer need to work each day from 07:00 AM (GMT+2) until 05:00 PM (GMT+2) , this means 10 hours a day , 9 hours and 30 minutes per day after 30 minutes break
Job Requirements
3 Years experience in developing server/client web applications
absolute control and absolute knowledge in HTML , DHTML , CSS , JavaScript (3 Years experience is MUST)
The Developer must know how to take PSD file and make from it 100% CSS/HTML/JavaScript web page (3 Years experience is MUST)
The Developer must know how to work with PHP Version 4 and PHP Version 5 (3 Years experience is MUST)
The Developer must know how to work with PHP PEAR (3 Years experience is MUST)
Ability to work by yourself and maintain timeframe delivery
English Skills must be very good (read & writing & speaking)
