I have a domain http://www.themescandy.com and I would like it to develop into a themes gallery. It should be powered by the lastest wordpress version. They should have a similar layout and look to these websites:

http://www.themeforest.net
There should also be a feature for the user to submit their themes to be featured and I should be able to delete/edit/add the themes form the backend. Add spots for Google adsense on the top and 125 x 125 sidebar ad widgets. Themes will be categorized (creative,blog, business, etc) and users can add comments and share it via facebook,twitter,digg,delicious, etc). There should be usual features like subscribe to RSS feed, email newsletter, and twitter feed on the sidebar.
You have two options:
1) I can download a theme from themeforest with a gallery script installed like this: http://themeforest.net/item/expose-gallery-wordpress-theme-3-in-1/full_screen_preview/106184 and you’ll make custome changes to it.
2)You can start a brand new theme with the features I’m asking for.
The design should be clean, modern and appealing to the eyes. Here are some examples of sites design I really like:

Another feature I’d like to add is “Theme of the day” where users have an option to buy to be featured. It will be featured prominently on the home page on top. Users can either make their theme free to be download or set their price.
