I need someone to create a simpler recreation of the Nintendo Duckhunt game:

The game will only have 1 type of level (1 duck). The only main difference in the game mechanics is that there needs to be is when the duck is shot there is a spray of feathers that shows one randomly displayed word I give you in a feather font (I can provide) or if that is too hard a cloud with the words will do.
For people to play the game they need to enter their First Name, Last Name, Email, and Zip Code to be stored in a database(game will be targeted for US web viewers). It will have a different title screen with a logo I provide. There will also be a scoreboard that lists First Name, Last Initial, and score after the game is played. If possible I’d like there to be a simple link with Facebook Share to share their score as well as a way to tweet their score when they are done playing.
