Requirements upon installation on script

– due to security reasons, instead of domain.com/admin, can we change to other admin url like domain.com/aaa111bbb?
– able to install the local(Malaysia) payment gateway for my local website? This one http://www.ipay88.com/
– constantly provide support and help?
