I need some changes to a premium-wordpress-theme.
You must have a lot of design skills and also wordpress-programming skills.

I need a mockup of the a new homepage-template in latest 12 hours.
Should include :
– a slider area like from http://templatic.com/magazine-themes/magazine but with the big image left and the thumbnails right.
– the main-section must have 2 columns and i need sections like from http://www.premiumwp.com/demo/star/
– sections must have a title like from the sidebar
design should be more like from joe.ie
You also have to extend the theme with a new color-set in dark green.
You have to add CSS and code to support qTranslate.
Theme must be ready in 36hours with all the changes from the mockup. You only have to extend the current CSS, not to change everything.
At the second part you have to widgetize the front-page and add 4 custom-post-types. What i mean with widgetize : Every section at the homepage must be like a siderbar (top-main, middle-main, middle-main-right, middle-main-left, bottom-main, ….., footer-left, …., siderbar)
All current content i need as widgets (e.g. 3 slider widgets, popular posts widgets, latest post widgets, ….)
Widgets must be customizable (e.g. at the latest-post-widget i have to setup the cagetory and the post-type)
And at the third part you have to optimize the theme. Cleanup the code, make the theme faster, delete unneeded CSS-tags, variables, functions and files. You also have to localized the theme with __ and _e.
I will slit the project amount in 3 escrow payments. I only upload the payment before the milestone beginns.
And i release all payments only if all milestones are finished. If one milestone fails the full project will be canceld without any part payment.
If you are out of time the project will also be canceld without any payment.
The project starts after i got the mockup.
Milestones and timeline (when milestone must be finished) :
milestone 0 (mockup before start) – 12hours after i award you
milestone 1 (theme changes as required) – 36hours after i award you
milestone 2 (theme widgetize) – 72hours after i award you
milestone 3 (theme optimize) – 108hours after i award you
