I need a simple website that can be accessed from smartphones.
It needs to be fast loading and very simple.

Must be completed in no more than 5 business days including design. payment will only be made after testing it from your server on android and iphone smartphone. No exceptions will be made.
Admin will be the back-end of the site.
If you cannot finish on time, or do not have the ability even to start the project, do not waste your time or mine for that matter.
