Want a phpbb 3 theme coded i have the PSD.
My theme is for vbulletin but i need it on phpbb3 forum…

The Nav bar uses moo-tools js. http://demos111.mootools.net/Fx.Elements
And the whole forum should use the js used in this http://www.gfx-scene.com/
When you click anything in it. It Loading appears and then it loads the page like in ajax.
