I have its source, what i wanted is that adopt some features included on this website

These are the features that i needed.
1) The referral matrix, even though gold coders have referral system it does not show the referrals or downlines in matrix like shadow script does.

2) I would like it to be URL friendly i mean instead of /index.php?=blahlbah i would like it to be /blahblah.html
3) Goldcoders does not have multilanguage functionality so its a must.
4) I would like to to separate the admin panel which is admin.php into /admin so i could protect it from hackers
5) RSS feed for news section.
I will give chance to the programmer who does not have reviews but must agree with my own terms.
I will give you the source code of the script.
You must agree that you wont resell the script and kept it private.
