Hi,
I am looking for a web developer that can create a custom Traffic Exchange for me.
I have a complete description for every page in the website so you will know exactly how it is supposed to work.
You must be able to design and organize content to look nice and user-friendly. You should also be experienced in PHP, Javascript and mySQL.
Plan to create 12 Basic pages (home, faq, contact, etc.), 30 Member pages (view stats, profile, surf sites, etc.) and 21 Admin pages (view users, statistics, create news, etc).
I am hoping to get this project completed by the end of the year. I require the design, as well as all the necessary coding.
The design of the website should be fun, user-friendly, and original. For example, www.fatcow.com is a fun original design.
All aspects of the website will be tested to ensure it works as it should.
