We want an online site built. We want to replicate an website in functionality.
Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working website with the same functionality.
2) The site will be able to be virtualhosted in apache2, and it will be portable within the filesystem. A config file is acceptable that may need to be updated if the files get moved.
3) Any site scripting will be done in PHP, Ruby or Python. The scripting must be fully compatible with the versions of the languages in Debian Sarge Stable. A Rapid Application Development framework may be used.
4) The rendered website code will be valid XHTML/CSS/Javascript. It will render without defect in all major browsers.
5) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer’s environment–Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer’s environment.
6) All deliverables will be considered “work made for hire” under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder’s Seller Legal Agreement).
