Whiskeymilitia.com Site Clone

I am looking for a shop script that is similar to the site WhiskeyMilitia.com. The site is an offbeat of the “1 deal per day” style, except it has a timer for products and changes once it is out of stock.

Features I will be looking for:

FRONT END
-Visible product countdown timer
-Visible total stock and individual stock counts for each product option(numbers, not percentages)
-Product option drop-down menus (css-customizable)
-Product description area with large image and ability to add images that can be viewed without popping up new windows / typewritten product description area
-Easy and Simple checkout with captcha (should not force customer to register, but option enabled)
-Customer login pages to check order status and past orders, change emailing preference etc
-Spot for ads

BACK END

-Ability to list as many products as I would like that will rotate in order of appearance (I can explain more if needed)
-Option to “loop” products if none are left on the rotation list
-Ability to schedule a “forced appearance” for a product to show at any given time, regardless of the current item on the list
-Product options and information
-Depending on how the coder sets the product pages, a template might be nice
-Paypal and Authorize.net modules (in front end – credit card, paypal)
-Coupons would be nice
-Customer control and management
-Traffic and sales statistics
-Print out order receipt with customer info and order info
-Order management
-PHP code/MySQL database is a MUST

Now, I have plenty of experience in html and CSS, my weakness is PHP. That being said, I dont want anyone to spend all their time making the site look just like whiskeymilitia.com because I can do that myself. What I really need is the functionality.

Also, I am a current user of CubeCart – if someone feels they can make something similar based off the Cubecart script, that is fine with me, as long as there will be no visible difference to the customer, and the code doesn’t come out messy.

My budget is negotiable – I found a site that offers a similar script (http://www.sourcecodeonline.com/details/php_daily_deal.html) for about $140 dollars, but I am obviously willing to pay more for some higher quality work. (150-250, depending on the quality and features)

For an experienced programmer this should not take very long, and I would like to see a demo running before committing to buy.

Thank you all for your time, I know you are dedicated people.
