When the custommer will click on the seal it will display some information like:

Each of my 4 security seal will have is own popup with different text.
It need to look good and professional.
It need to be easy for the custommer upload it to is website.
Also it need to be easy for me to create them.
I need this done ASAP… if you cannot finish today please dont bid
