I need a unique web designer to make a website design for us. The site will be a football (soccer) website. The website will be Right to Left (like in Arabic language or Hebrew language). I am looking for Web 2.0 design, we will be doing the CSS, HTML ourself we only require the PSD format of the design. Please don’t waste our time and your time if you don’t know what web 2.0 means.
