Current website is in Flash, which is not necessary here but it must still be interactive and attractive.
The format must be tidy and multifunctional , with immediate access on the first page. The new web site must not have scrolling down, it must fit the screen. CMS is vital so the user can change information independently.

Please include in your bid, uploading to host, 30 days support also to make sure website is running and functional.
we like the look of these web templates, to give you an idea of what we are looking for, but you still have creative liscence to come up with something better and easier to design and use.
