Need competent and dependable article writer for initial submission leading to longer term steady relationship for the right person.

Need to able to write in an engaging and compelling voice.
Prefer someone with at least some copy-writing skills, but not looking for sales letters here, just engaging writing.
Generally seeking 400 to 740 words per article.
Prefer someone comfortable on various topics but please let me know if you have specialized knowledge.
This project is for 3 sets of 15 articles.
15 articles on each of the following topics initially.
1) Fresh and effective marketing tactics
2) Alternative health and natural or ‘drug free’ remedies
3) Of interest to home buyers and/or real estate investors
Articles will be checked through copy-scape and other software
so please don’t apply if your efforts involve stealing others property.
