We need someone familiar with plesk billing (http://www.parallels.com/products/plesk/billing/) product to implement several changes to our version (linux version).
1. In payment gateway we need to fix the payment gateway currency conversion module to
be able to set different rates for US customers and Non-US Customers.
2. In order form we need to charge customers for domains they add for registration if they ARE NOT signing up for Flex, Designer or ProDeveloper Prepaid plans
3. We need to redesign the look of the Order form to be similar to that of NetFirms. This DOES NOT mean any graphical design. We just need to convert the current checkout to be the same format/structure (using our current graphics/css look) to be like this:
