i need to conduct on opt-in email campaign that targets the green industry and specific businesses globally catering to this market. i will need to access china – for manufacturing registrations as well as people from around the globe. i will also need to access consumers.
I need to target 5 million businesses and 25 million consumers. i would like an opt-in email list, i would like a copy of the email list. i am and will pay a bonus if registrations exceed the 1% of the emailed people. i would like to have a copy of the email list first so that i can randomly test the database.
im interested in personalized addresses and contact information.
my payment terms are 25% up front, 25% after 50% completion, 25% after 75% completion and the remaining on completion. I would like the entire project to be completed with 30-60 days,
