And then market the listing. It is a lovely villa, split into 2 apartments, fully renovated and furnished. Good rental yield of around 7%. Need to get a minimum of £20,000 or 31,500 USD. Money to be paid in Euros to my Euro account – 10% deposit (this can be paid by paypal) within 7 days of end of auction, rest within a month. No need to go to Bulgaria – legal fees will be around $1000 for everything. I can help rent it out for anyone.

It could be listed with no reserve but you must ensure that it reaches a set amount. I would be available to answer all questions.
Listing fees to be covered by you. As its a real estate listing it is just a one off fee.
Will then pay commission of 2% of sale price.
