I am looking to integrate click to call technology into the drupal website. for instance when a customer creates their account then search for what they are looking for can then make a call with the ctc technology their telephone number will be called then patch to the business (for example) yellowpages.com all while the conversation being recorded then audio be transcribed and sent back to the database for the client to review. i have scripts to use from researching the net and other resources to make it easy. not worried about design as much as making the ctc technology the backbone of the program. the placement of the call to the recording to be able to view conversation text and audio later is the most important. looking to implement this for a call center i want to start from home. want to use voip to be able to make free calls to keep cost down. and multiple people almost unlimited to make calls at the same time is the object down the road if i start making money. so it must be lightweight ,scalable, and open. please tell me what yout hink so we can proceed. need the shopping cart forums and all that drupal has to offer for a complete website experience.
drupal has a module for this (click to call) but you have to purchase ifbyphone and i would like to be standalone if possible.
