(Summary) Need a photo gallery added to an existing website. Gallery must have a login area to upload pictures.

I have an existing website. It is made with .ASP and I need a developer to create a drop down menu on the existing menu. The new menu will be titled “More Ideas”. When the user goes to my website they will see the regular menu up top, then when they hover over “Idea Gallery” they will see a drop down menu (the one you will be creating) and that drop down menu will link to a gallery of pictures.
Each picture will have a caption that should be editable at any time. Your job is to provide me with a gallery that I can log into with a user name and password, and be able to upload images (as many as I want) and for those images to show on my website once they are uploaded. I want to stay away from using FTP to upload pics so creating this should not be hard. I know there are thousands of good scripts out there. To see if you can follow directions please read below:
