i am looking bandwith feature that can view members bandwith usage by ip/username
so all member needs to upload to use bandwith
“the bandwith Bank system”
when a user upload 150mb size file they have 150bm on their account to use 150 mb bandwith
also a manual system admin can control and add bandwith to members manualy like set members to a 1/1 or 1/3 or 1/5 meaning uopload 1mb use 3 or 5mb
also you admin should be able to set the system to a default so when a new member signs up they have 50 mb to use before they run out of bandwith and are asked to upload.
