I need someone to take the attached jpg and add a white section to the top of the image about 1/4 of the existing height and a white section to the bottom about 1/2 of the existing height.
The sections must be added above and below the existing image and none of the image must be cropped or lost.
These sections must be created as two separate layers in photoshop as I need to add text to them later.
This project is just to create and add these layers, not to add the text.
You must complete the project and send it back to me in psd format so that I am able to add the text to the white areas as I need it.
