similar to ebay but not as intricate, just a basic auction style website built with php and a easy to use mysql database.
needs
-member profiles, ability to add a profile pic
-rating system after transaction
-customizable time countdowns for auction (2 weeks, 10 days, 7 days, 3 days etc)
Will go into more detail when I see bids and what kind of ballpark there in.
One more thing, due to lots of reasons, I only want to work with programmers based in U.S.A. All bids from outside will be ignored.
