We need to have stats from this NBX which comes with its standard reports.
The report attached works perfectly but we’d need to have a custom one able to give us all the data included in this standard one for all our agents (it’s actually more or less 10 agents) with data divided in working hours asked from operator.
Trying to be clearer we should get:
19 october
operator 1 from 8 to 9:
answered x calls lost y calls etc etc (all the data included in the sample report)
operator 1 from 9 to 10:
same as before
operator 1 from 10 to 11:
same as before
and same thing until the end of the shift
then
operator 2
operator 2 from 8 to 9:
answered x calls lost y calls etc etc (all the data included in the sample report)
operator 2 from 9 to 10:
same as before
operator 2 from 10 to 11:
same as before
etc etc etc
and so on until all the operators get a screening.
