I need a desk-top application that will transmit SMS ADS communications to cell phones. It should be a web-based mobile messaging solution, designed for us to send mobile communications. It should allow us to create, deliver and track text messages. it should be easy to use and there is no additional hardware or software to install. It should be able to send Send messages anytime, anywhere to cell phones; at no additional Costs straight from the desk top! It should incorporate a SMS Ad Manager that comes with atleast ten custom preloaded ads and additional ads can be develope and added at a later time. In addition, it should come preloaded with over one million USA cell phone numbers from various carriers. Please share your vision on how to get this done. And please have some eperience with this type of request.
