Dev project spec – Internet radio podcast website
I need to duplicate http://webtalkradio.net, an Internet radio podcasting website. This is a portal that allows anyone to become a radio show host by uploading their MP3’s.
The website will allow:
1. Radio hosts can create a profile for
a) show details (info comes from a field when creating profile)
b) biography (info comes from a field when creating profile)
c) archived shows page (info comes from different form used for uploading MP3’s)
d) must have the ability to upload MP3 podcast files. The form that does this will ask for the information displayed on the archived shows page.
e) must have the ability to edit / delete profile
f) must confirm profile setup via email link confirmation
2. Post events to Facebook
Every time a host uploads a file or changes profile data they should be able to post the event to Facebook.
3. Facebook “like” button
Every host profile should display a Facebook “like” button. A form should ask the host creating the profile to paste their Facebook page link. This should automatically create a link to the “like” button on the radio host profile page.
4. Visitors can email a host
Each host profile page should have an email form at the bottom. Page visitors can email comments from this form, which is sent to the email address entered when creating the profile.
5. Search for shows by tags/keyword (add tags field to upload form)
6. Must have RSS feed button and allow visitors to subscribe to RSS
7. Must include all the functionality found at webtalkradio.net
8. Needs a fresh design similar to webtalkradio.net
