We don’t need complex facility like SL, There should be package subscription system, hence once subscribed buyer will be able to post project and provider able to bid, No real time transaction hence no escrow, deposit, withdrawal facility required.
Guess this should be 2 days job for an wp expert. Need to be completed by 21st without failure.
