I do have the HTML / CSS access, but don’t know what you’ll need.
We want a custom look for the main index page, you can view what others have done at http://www.deconetwork.com/Stores/FeaturedStores.aspx. Designing the site will require your input on what you think will work the best.
I would like to see something included that will allow me to update it based on current specials, again, your input on the best way to make this happen will be best.
After bid is selected, I will provide logos and colors to use, it will be your job to submit a few ideas so we can begin figuring out what we want it to look like.
The other skin is for a project in the works, but I would like to pay for 2 at the same time. it will be for a similar site, exact same structure.
