i need a simple check out set up like payforessay has when u hit buy button it goes to form page and asks the client questions they fill it out then hit preview then then next page is preivew page then after that they hit check out . go to payforessay checking out and you will see what i mean . I have the merchant codes , just need the form box and description boxes made and make it email me the info when [ppl fill it out and also link each form combintion to the correct price / merchant code when they hit the check out button , im using the same merchant as payforessay. Pay is 40 for this
