My server port receives 1000s of data string every minute, that means 100s of data strings every second.
I need a multithread port listener in php / java / perl / dot net which scans a single port and creates sockets and never loose a single incoming data string received on this incoming tcp port.
I will modify the code to store the data strings in my database. I just need an efficient code in any of the above languages to do this.
And I need this urgent.
Is there any particular server configuration required to get this done, like windows / linux. I have a dedicated linux server.
If you can prove, you have done a similar job earlier or can do this job with confidence, then I have no problems in paying good.
