Need a photo contest plugin for Buddypress that can do the following:
1. allow only users to vote and limit their votes to one vote per photo
2. allow users only to upload photos into the contest and have an option as to how many photos the user can submit
3. customizable start and end date
4. customizable end date for photo submissions (this way the contest can continue to let people vote while no new photos are being uploaded
5. thumbnail view that displays the cumulative number of votes a photo currently has (see link below for example – do not want polaroid effect)
6. click on the thumbnail to view a new page that displays the photo, name of uploader, uploaders title & description, area to vote, and comments
7. photo size limit option
8. option for users to arrange photos so the highest rated is first
9. open to different voting systems but currently like the 1 thru 5 star rating system

It currently uses Flash to display the votes on the thumbnail. I do not want Flash used. Really need something smooth and easy to navigate.
