Need PHP file modified to where a site buyer will be charge 2.9% + $0.30 fee associated when paying through PayPal to cover transfer fee charges when they place an order on my website. Programmer must have 7+ years PHP programming experience and also equivalent time in PayPal IPN (API) integration. Familiarity with phpvalley script is requisite also. Please PM your references.
