We are looking for somebody to make our PSD design into a WordPress theme.
This is the home page design:

This is a booking inquiry form. You select options in the form and the options are added up in real time to a price. Some options will only be available if another option is checked. The customer then enters their details and the form with price + customer details are sent via e-mail to us.

Menu (menu items are static) as well as the two image on the homepage should be coded with the new WP3 menu function so we can change links from WP admin. Active menu page is marked darker like “Hem” in the mock-up.
Sidebar: Should be configured so that all of the 6 pages has one sidebar each. This should should be done with WP’s page template function.
There will be 3 unique page templates.
-Homepage
-Regular subpage
-Booking inquiry page
The regular subpage template should then be copied three times so we have 4 sub page template with one unique sidebar each.
