Buyers can browse, contractor profiles, feedback, jobs completed, customer results time in the system, view contractor portfolio, with job success, highlights and images. I have also developed an algorithm the alters the fee accessed to the winning contractor of the auction, which will need to be implemented. The other algorithm limits the overall amount that each contractor may lower their current bid in relation to the bids that were placed in the previous bid round.
Notes, use as much open source plugins as possible to keep cost down. Needs to look clean and be professional in look & feel. I would like to be updated, have control, and “sign off” on weekly progress, and have creative control over themes, templates, color schemes, look & feel. I will do my best to be available for Q&A, I have done the majority of the graphic & logo work for the project.
