This site will be a collection of restaurants, bars, shops and movie theatres all located in the East Shore District area.

I do not require full flash as long as the site can operate with some animation. The theme of this is the beach and lake. Colors should be white, blue and so on. I have the logo already and it will be attached.
Front Page :
Just like on the site above, I will need to have boxes that will represent each company we are promoting. When you click on their box/logo, I want something to open in a larger window where I can put that company’s address, link to their menu and write specials. Again, very similar to the above mentioned site.
Also on the front page, I need a link/icon for a calender. Once this calendar link is clicked, I want a full size calender where I can put upcoming events for each company. These companies will be emailing me updates and then my company will add to the site.
So I do need this site to be rather easily update able. Possibly Joomla or any other CMS that needs to be integrated.
Basically, I want the site http://www.clevelandfoodrocks.com/restaurants.html but for www.EastShoreDistrict.com with our color and theme.
